A revolutionary approach is needed where we can go back to our roots and learn the ancient techniques our saints and yogis had prescribed to combat what confronts us today...Based on our sacred literature comes a workshop which aims to change our lifestyle our health ,eradicate stress and bring us into a state of meditation.
_Yogic meditation_ series as devised by *Meditation Guru "Archna Didi"* is made of simple and easy techniques of just a few minutes duration which one can easily inculcate in their daily routine..as simple as  during eating food ,before sleep or even walking

It aims to bring awareness ,a healthy lifestyle and is extremely useful for people who find  it difficult to meditate or follow a routine.
